FileInvite: $1 Million Raised and 100,000 Users

FileInvite goes from strengh to strengh as the expanded team push out new features and are
set to massively expand growth in 2019.

With funding to capitalise on early growth and drive things forward, FileInvite closed pre-series equity funding round of over $1 Million in March 2018. New investors include high profile names in the New Zealand & Australian investment space including Flying Kiwi Angels, New Zealand Venture Investment Fund (NZVIF), as well as Ice Angels, Enterprise Angels and a handful of private individuals from around Australia.

With the investment comes a new addition to the board, Garth Hinton of FKA who brings a wealth of experience to the team, as well as connections and knowledge in the corporate banking space.

Other notable achievements in 2018:

  • Over 100,000 end user milestone surpassed
  • Tripled team size and moved to new premises
  • More than doubled recurring revenue within the year
  • First NZ main bank customer, largest New Zealand Owned Bank
  • First NZ Government entity as a customer
  • High profile customers including, Mortgage Broker of The Year
  • Expanded North American customer base and opened new verticals
  • 5 star independent customer reviews increased by 250%
