revealit Corporation, creators of an interactive video platform that delivers rich viewing experiences including Augmented Reality, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Glimpse Group, Inc. (“Glimpse”), a leading Virtual and Augmented Reality (AR/VR) company.

Globally-recognized agencies and brands are engaged to run pilot projects on the revealit platform, and within this context the two companies have agreed in the MOU to collaborate on business models, revenue streams, research and methods that will improve viewer engagement leveraging Glimpse AR/VR experiences on revealit’s video platform.

revealit’s platform includes an artificial intelligence engine that identifies products across every frame in a video, applying an in-frame green locator dot that allows viewers to interact with products. The patent-pending video platform transforms shopping into entertainment, making it social, interactive, and contextual — without disrupting the viewing experience.

“The Mary Meeker 2018 Internet Trends Report is clear: When shopping is entertainment, viewers engage, share and purchase more,” said revealit Founder & CEO Garry Smith. “Glimpse’s technology will deliver compelling AR/VR experiences in-frame and in-context on the revealit platform, transforming shopping into entertainment and giving AR/VR meaningful purpose and context within video.”

Glimpse President & CEO Lyron Bentovim commented: “revealit’s zero-interruption approach makes AR/VR experiences more contextual and organic, with the user in control. Their approach has the potential to revolutionize the way we consume AR/VR interactions inside video content.”

About revealit Corporation

Changing the face of digital advertising. revealit uses its patented artificial intelligence engine to automate the mining visual media content (eg: online streaming video) for advertising revenue opportunities. On identifying an object (eg: sunglasses, kitchen-aid, fridge, iPhone or flowers etc) as an advertising opportunity it further embeds a hidden tag on it. That hidden tag is made available to potential advertisers and/or agencies via its online sales. revealit then presents these identified advertising opportunities (eg: sunglasses, kitchen-aid, fridge, iPhone or flowers) via its, opt-in, (i.e. pop up on request only) end-user friendly, social media ready interactive platform. In its rollout, revealit believes it can re-write the digital advertising framework for the benefit of all industry participants – Essentially a new world model for digital advertising.

The asset class where the market has no vote

Litigation funding returns are decided in a courtroom, not a cycle. Knightsbridge’s Head of Capital is careful to call that a different risk rather than a lower one, and his answer to it is spread, not concentration. Most alternative assets still answer to something. Property answers to rates. Private credit answers to defaults. Even the […]

The listing fee vendors pay whether the house sells or not

Australia’s property portals collect more than $2 billion a year while national listings sit flat. An Australian-built AI platform is targeting the economics, not just the interface. An Australian vendor listing a home pays a vendor-paid advertising fee on top of agency commission. Rama Dwarapudi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RealSearch, puts a typical […]
