Australian brand KELA is transforming the hair industry with pioneering hair accessory technology that can be worn for any occasion.

The world’s first non-slip hair accessory allows everyone to emulate runway styles and celebrity looks.

The technology was created by Perth-based inventor Kelly Litterick, who saw a gap in the market for hair jewellery that was easy to use and affordable for everyone.

KELA hair products continues to grow, having generated a large social following of 15K+ followers on Facebook and 9k+ on Instagram.

KELA has featured in numerous media outlets this year alone, including:

  • Kelly Rowland & Alicia Keys wear KELA on The Voice live finals (AUS & USA)
  • The new season contestants for The Bachelor 2018 wearing KELA to a rose ceremony
  • NYFW – KELA collab
  • USA Expansion with Celeb Hair Stylists and Partners
  • UK Expansion with Celeb Stylists and Hair Show

Kelly spent three years designing and perfecting KELA’s non-slip technology alongside her day job as a cancer research scientist.

KELA products are made from Brass Alloy and then plated in precious metals. The technology that holds the Charm in place is made from Silicon.

KELA will be presenting at Wholesale Investors Emergence London roadshow.

Knightsbridge’s Head of Capital is careful to call that a different risk rather than a lower one, and his answer to it is spread, not concentration. Most alternative assets still answer to something. Property answers to rates. Private credit answers to defaults. Even the […]

The listing fee vendors pay whether the house sells or not

Australia’s property portals collect more than $2 billion a year while national listings sit flat. An Australian-built AI platform is targeting the economics, not just the interface. An Australian vendor listing a home pays a vendor-paid advertising fee on top of agency commission. Rama Dwarapudi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RealSearch, puts a typical […]
