Funds Manager Offering 100% Equity Funding to Experienced Property Developers

A funds manager is currently seeking to provide 100% equity funding to experienced property developers for projects that match their selection criteria.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Property Developer
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Developed at least $100 million in project value
Projects they will fund:
- Residential with semi-secured exit position
- Commercial with semi-secured exit position
- Location: property hotspots in/near Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane
- Equity between 2 and 8 million
- 23%+ project return
- DA approved or code assessable
- Project duration no more than 18 months
- Can refund contributed equity
