Listing Loop was named as one of the top six proptech startups to keep an eye on in 2020 by the Australian Financial Review.

Listing Loop is a real estate marketplace that brings together “just listed” and off-market property listings from leading real estate agencies. Off-market property sales are properties that are listed for sale but are not advertised to the masses.

Listing Loop gives buyers a one-stop-shop to access ‘secret’ off-market property listings from leading real estate agencies. Sellers, through their agents, get to sell their properties with no sale, no charge advertising – they only pay when there’s a result. Agents are given access to a vast network of hot qualified buyers, while having an entirely new revenue stream through their buyers.

NBA and NBL mega star Andrew Bogut is an ambassador as well as an investor with Listing Loop being his first proptech investment.
