AdEffective Limited (ASX: ABN) is a profitable and growing digital business with two main divisions – media and ecommerce. The media division displays over 1 billion advertising impressions a month and generated over 2.7 million in revenue for the 2013 financial year.
This ecommerce division is being developed with minimal additional capital expenditure and resources. AdEffective is in discussions with additional online retailers with a view to augment its ecommerce division through acquisition.
