3. Communication: Startups require good communication with your users, potential employees, investors to get people excited about it. The best founders can in one or two sentences explain what the business does to anyone at any industry knowledge.

Bonus: Internal motivation. They don’t get too discouraged when things go wrong. They stay passionate about the product, about finding a solution, even after making mistakes and bad decisions over and over again (which will happen)
