Australia’s top-rated cleaning marketplace, TidyMe, has been acquired by Oneflare.

Oneflare is an online tradie and services marketplace who are aiming to shift their strategy in order to become the on-demand marketplace for Australians to book a variety of services including quoting, business directories, online reviews, and on-demand services.

Tidyme was founded in 2014 and has grown to be the leading platform connecting people with professional cleaners.

It now has professionals across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

The deal between TidyMe and Oneflare is one of seven deals the company had done in the past few years, which have equated to $8.2 million in cash.

Oneflare has also bought HomeHello, Local.com.au, WOMO and Renovate Forum and continues to operate these brands.
