PMAC Trust delivers 12.21% return for FY18 & waive application fee on next 1M Units purchased

On the back of another incredible year, with PMAC Trust delivering 12.21% return for Financial Year 2018, it’s Mortgage Manager – Private Mortgages Australia Pty Ltd (‘PMA’) is seeing numerous attractive opportunities that require additional funding.

As such, we’ve decided to waive the application fee on the next 1M Units purchased in PMAC Trust.

All you need to do to take up this offer is to register your interest and pay a 10% deposit to secure your Units. Minimum investment is $50,000.

Application fees are usually charged at 3.3% for the first $250,000 and 1% for anything over $250,000. Removing these fees amounts to a significant saving.
