The latest video, highlighting some of Shivom’s founders, advisors, and Innovation Council members’ discussion the project, is now live. The video discusses the scope and potential of Shivom’s goal of transforming global healthcare and democratizing DNA data sequencing and storage using the blockchain and futuristic data privacy solutions from leading cybersecurity experts.
This is a great introductory video to the project and its aims to provide a descriptive view about the solution that we’re working towards, as we develop our project, to securely store and protect individual DNA sequence data, and be able to share and use that data to move precision medicine forward around the globe.
Shivom’s use of blockchain and cryptographic technology will enable DNA data donors to keep their data private and safe unless they want to share it with pharmaceutical companies for research and development. In that scenario DNA data, donors will be able to monetize their data sharing and also control the exchange of information with medical and pharmaceutical organizations without third-party interference.
Shivom, having already raised $32 million in its private and public presale, which will end on April 27th, 2018 at 6 PM, is well on its way to achieving the target goal of raising $35 million.
