3 Ways AI and Software Are Transforming Our Company

At our company, we’re seeing remarkable improvements across the team through the use of AI and software. Here’s how it’s making a difference:

1. Increased Productivity

Each team member can work more efficiently, focusing on higher-value tasks. For example, AI can help us automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and generating reports. This frees up our time to focus on more strategic initiatives.

2. Cognitive Capacity

AI is saving cognitive energy by automating repetitive tasks, allowing us to focus on strategic decisions rather than small decisions across tasks. This is especially important in today’s fast-paced business environment, where we’re constantly bombarded with information and distractions.

Whether it be small things like checking grammar or providing suggestions for subject lines, titles, content ideas, idea generation, etc., ultimately, it means a lot of small decisions each day are not required, thus freeing up cognitive capacity.

3. Saving other team members’ capacity for tasks:

AI also lightens the load for other teams, freeing up bandwidth and reducing the need to utilise other team members to execute tasks.

A recent example of this for us was the creation of the graphic for our post on the US elections. A team member was able to create this graphic inside ChatGPT based on the article’s content without having to reach out to our brand and graphics team.

Despite the clear benefits of AI and software, surprisingly, only 10-20% of companies we work with fully utilise these technologies across their business. Let’s change that!
