Pacific Channel
Overview
Pacific Channel is a deep-tech VC fund with offices in Auckland and San Diego. It currently has >$80 million of funds under management through Pacific Channel Funds I, II and SPVs, in which our management are the largest private investors and our sovereign is the largest institutional investor.
We have received strong interest from investors in Fund III ($46.25m to date) as our track record of delivering high returns (46% average IRR since inception over 12 years) is now well established over multiple funds in both bull and bear market conditions, which have demonstrated our non-correlation to public market equity returns.
Pacific Channel Fund III intends to close on 1 July with $75m. Existing LPs have committed $12m, and all have expressed interest to reinvest, for a total of $38.75m. Management has committed to invest $7.5m, which includes a commitment from all team members.
